Anant Chaturdashi Katha

The story of Mahabharata says that the Kauravas defeated the Pandavas in gambling by deceit. After this, the Pandavas had to leave the kingdom and go into exile. Pandavas struggled a lot during this period. One day Lord Krishna went to meet the Pandavas in the forest. Yudhishthir said to Lord Krishna, O Madhusudan, tell us the way to get rid of this sorrow and get the kingship again. God told Yudhishthir to observe a fast on Bhadra Shukla Chaturdashi and worship Lord Anant. Then Yudhishthir asked who was the infinite God? Give us information about these. Shri Krishna replied that this is the form of Lord Vishnu.
