Arvind Kejriwal appeared before the Rouse Avenue Court in Delhi where the ED accused him of involvement in a liquor policy corruption scandal. The ED alleged that the Delhi liquor policy was designed for corruption. They argued in court that the money from the liquor scandal was used in the Goa elections.
