The Supreme Court of the country, NCPI and the Central Government rejected the SLP and the decision of the Rajasthan High Court has brought about a right change. That is, according to this decision of the court, now if you have done only B.Ed, then you will not be eligible as a primary school teacher.

On the other hand, this decision of the court has given a big blow to the B.Ed students across the country. There is despair on the faces of the students, because all of them had definitely dreamed of becoming teachers right in the primary school after doing B.Ed. But this decision of the court has brought disappointment on the faces of all the candidates.

What was the whole case of Rajasthan court?

In fact, B.Ed eligible students were eligible for the recruitment of teachers for classes one to five in primary school, but the Rajasthan High Court canceled the notification issued for teacher recruitment for classes one to five of B.Ed degree section. The candidates had also filed a petition in the Supreme Court against this.

But the court, listening to the arguments of both the parties, canceled the notification and said that for the notification issued for the recruitment of primary school teachers from class one to five, B.Ed students will not be considered eligible, due to which the whole country The students of K. are quite angry.

Eligible degree for primary school.

At the same time, according to the new decision of the court, now if you have to apply for teacher recruitment in primary school i.e. from class one to five, then it will be necessary for you to pass the examination of BTC and DLED.

This decision of the court has been brought for the students of all the countries. Now if you want to become a teacher of any primary school in the country, then it is mandatory for you to pass the BTC and DLED exams.

BEd Vs BTC: B.Ed. Ineligible for Level-1: what is the whole matter:

The BTC candidates all across the nation are extremely relieved by the Supreme Court’s ruling. The B.Ed. hopefuls, however, have experienced a major shock. This choice will also impact thousands of Rajasthani B.Ed. pass applicants. Following this decision, the level-1 third grade teacher recruitment exam will only longer be open to holders of BTC diplomas. Prior to this, NCPE has also considered B.Ed candidates to be Level-1 eligible.

In 2018, NCTE published a notification. According to reports, people with B.Ed degrees will also be qualified for REET Level-1. Holders of a B.Ed degree must complete a six-month bridging course with placement if they pass level 1. BTC diploma holders in Rajasthan joined the campaign to include BEd degree graduates in REET level 1. The case was then brought before the Rajasthan High Court.

The High Court heard a case challenging the NCTE’s notification. However, those having a B.Ed filed an appeal with the High Court to be admitted to Reet Level 1. The High Court had decided to bar B.Ed holders from Level 1 in its ruling. The NCTE and the Central Government filed an appeal with the Supreme Court in opposition to this Rajasthan High Court ruling in favor of the B.Ed.
