That’s why he told the court that Manish Kashyap would be allowed to go to Patna. After which the court also issued an order to go to Patna and now the police is taking him to Patna for production.
There is an allegation against Manish Kashyap that he demanded extortion money from the BJP MLA and spoke in an indecent manner to the bank manager. Manish Kashyap was produced in Bettiah Court on Monday regarding all these matters.
On the other hand, if we talk about other matters, Manish Kashyap was lodged in Madurai jail for four months for sharing fake video of beating of laborers from Bihar in Tamil Nadu.

Tamil Nadu Police produced Manish Kashyap in Madurai Court, since then Manish Kashyap was lodged in the jail there. After going there, NSA was imposed on him.
The petition was dismissed by the Supreme Court three months ago.
YouTuber Manish had demanded the Supreme Court to club all the cases at one place, but the court rejected his plea. While rejecting this petition of Manish Kashyap, the court told him that you can go to the High Court. He rejected the plea to pen all the cases at one place. On the other hand, Manish Kashyap’s lawyer took his side and said that if Manish Kashyap has to be behind bars for this crime, then all the journalists should go to jail. On this, Kapil Sibal said that he has contested the election, not a journalist.
