The call FIR has been registered in connection with the sudden disappearance of a mentally and physically challenged girl from the girl’s home located at Sahu Road, Muzaffarpur. Will identify and take action on them. Many shocking facts about the girl child have emerged in this Muzaffarpur investigation। Additionally, the residents of the shelter home have informed this minor girl that her father, Rajkumar Paswan, was handed over on November 10, 2015। He lives in Barkagaon Block in Hazaribagh district। Sitamarhi Child Welfare Committee saw the girl be handed over to the father। Nathuni Mukhiya, the head of that panchayat, identified the girl’s parents in this case। However, the investigation revealed that in the affected village there was no one named Rajkumar Paswan, Sheetla Devi (mother) or Nathuni Mukhiya.
It has been found in the investigation that there is no head of this name. All the voter ID cards that were presented to the CWC as identification in that village are being told to be fake. Even the signatures of Sitamarhi CWE’s then president Mansi Samadar and then member Renu Kumari Singh on the issued order letter were also said to be fake.

CBI is already probing this matter.
The CBI has been probing the Muzaffarpur shelter home case earlier. Brajesh Thakur, owner of the NGO Seva Sankalp Evam Vikas Samiti, and 21 others have also been made commissioners. Brajesh Thakur has also been sentenced to life imprisonment in this case.
First of all in 2018, the girl child incident was revealed.
The FIR related to the Muzaffarpur shelter home case was registered on May 31, 2018, at the women’s police station in Muzaffarpur. After this, on July 28, 2018, the CBI registered the matter with itself and started investigating it. In this, the charge sheet was filed on 18 December 2018.
The notification was issued by the Bihar government on March 23.
Regarding this matter of the disappearance of the girl from Muzaffarpur, the Home Department of the Government of Bihar had issued a notification on March 23, 2023, regarding the proper investigation of the entire matter by the CBI. In view of this, on July 18, 2023, the Central Personnel Department issued a notification. While doing this, the responsibility of the investigation of this case was handed over to the CBI and after that the CBI registered the case after preliminary investigation of the whole matter. A special team of CBI has been formed which has been engaged to disclose this matter. At present, investigation has been started by registering a case under relevant sections of the IPC on the basis of criminal conspiracy.
