Cloudburst in Uttarakhand: Heavy rains are going on in the hills of Uttarakhand, while the incident of cloudburst has come to light in Uttarkashi and Kargil on late night of 21st July.

On the other hand, there are chances of heavy rains in Himachal as well.
In Haryana, the Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert for a total of 16 cities, where heavy rains are expected. This includes Wipro Lee, Gharaunda, Karnal, Indri Rathore Panipat, Nilokhedi, Thanasar, Shahabad Ambala, Kalka, Broad, Jagdhari, Chicholi, Narayangarh and Panchkula. During this time winds will also blow at a speed of 40 to 60 km.
Monsoon has weakened in Bihar, no rain till July 26.
While in other states, problems like floods have arisen due to rains, people in Bihar may have to wait till July 26 because the monsoon has weakened a lot in Bihar and now according to the Meteorological Department, it is not expected to rain till July 26.
