DCECE Counselling 2023: Online Registration. All Updates regarding the Councilling.
BCECE Board invites applications for online registration and choice filling for DCECE (PE) or Bihar Polytechnic Admission 2023 in all notified Government and Private Universities. From 28th July 2023 onwards all the Bihar Polytechnic 2023 selected candidates can appear for online counseling 2023 and choice filling on the official website of BCECE Board, bceceboard.bihar.gov.in.

Bihar Polytechnic Document Verification List 2023
- Original Admit Card, Original Marksheet and Original or Final Certificate of Matriculation or equivalent examination; Original caste, residence, character and other certificates
- Aadhar Card Copy.
- 6 (Piece) copies of the passport size Photograph which was pasted on the Admit Card DECECE-2023.
- Original Admit Card of DECECE-2023.
- Rank Card of DECECE-2023.
- Copy of Choice Slip after registration and choice filling for Online Counselling.
- Downloaded print of Online filled Application Form (Part-A & Part-B [Hardcopy]) DECECE2023.
- Three copy of downloaded Provisional Allotment Order.
- It is required to bring the Verification Slip in two copies as downloaded and the Biometric Form in one copy with you when you go for the interview or document verification.
How To Apply For DCECE (PE) 2023 Counselling
- Candidates can fill out their choices and receive counseling online by clicking on the “Online Counseling Portal of DCECE-2023” link. Then, click the “Click here for New Registration” link and register yourself by providing the information prompted on the computer screen to fill out the new registration and options for Online Counseling.
- On completion of registration, the applicant may choose different institutes and trades using his User ID and Password to login to his account. After filling the choices, the candidates have to change their choices till the last date. If the candidates are satisfied with their challenges as per the given schedule, then lock their challenges. After locking the choices, candidates can click on the “Unlock Choices” button and enter their registered mobile number if they wish to make any changes to their chosen choices. Till the last date, the choice can be changed by authenticating/verifying the OTP received on the email. Afterwards, the candidates have to re-lock the last filled choices. If the candidates do not lock their choices till the last date, then the choices will be automatically locked immediately after the last date. There will be no change of option after the last date. Take a print out of the choices filled by the candidates and keep them safe for future reference.
