Oppo A59 5G: Tech company Oppo has unveiled its new budget smartphone, the Oppo A59 5G, in India on December 22nd. This stylish mobile feature a 6.56-inch FHD+ display, a 13MP camera, and a 5000mAh battery.

Talking about the design of this budget-friendly phone, its slim body design provides a comfortable grip, giving the phone a premium look. It succeeds the Oppo A58 and comes with a stylish appearance.
Oppo A59 5G: Price and Availability
The company has introduced two memory variants of the Oppo A59 5G. The base model with 4GB RAM + 128GB storage is priced at ₹14,999, while the larger variant with 6GB RAM + 128GB storage is priced at ₹16,999. The Oppo mobile is available in Silk Gold and Star Black color options.
Availability and New Year Offers
Buyers can purchase the phone from December 25, 2023, onwards through e-commerce websites, Oppo’s official website, and offline retail stores. Oppo is offering New Year deals, including up to 10% or ₹1500 cashback on selected bank cards, no-cost EMI for six months, and 0 down payment.
Oppo A59 5G: Specifications
Processor: The smartphone runs on Android 13-based Color OS and is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6020 chipset, manufactured on a 7-nanometer fabrication process. The octa-core processor can run at speeds up to 2.2 gigahertz, and it comes with a Mali-G57 GPU for graphics.
RAM + Storage: The Oppo A59 5G supports 4GB and 6GB RAM options. It features 6GB RAM extension technology, providing the phone with the power of 12GB RAM. The smartphone supports 128GB internal storage, expandable up to 1TB via an SD card.
Camera: For photography, the Oppo A59 5G boasts a dual rear camera setup. The rear panel includes a 13-megapixel primary sensor with f/2.2 aperture and a 2-megapixel bokeh lens with f/2.4 aperture. Additionally, there is an 8-megapixel front camera for selfies and video calling.
Display: The phone features a 6.56-inch HD+ display with up to 720 nits of brightness and a waterdrop notch style. It operates at a 90Hz refresh rate.
Battery: The Oppo A59 5G is equipped with a 5000mAh battery for power backup, and it comes with a 33-watt SuperVOOC charger for fast charging.
