Delhi Weather Update: Weather became pleasant due to rain in Delhi.

Delhi Weather Update: IMBD said that Delhi will remain cloudy. Light rain may also occur along with thunderstorms. Strong winds of 40 to 50 kilometers per hour are expected.

It rains continuously in the country’s capital Delhi from 5 to 6 am on Saturday morning. Since some time, rain is continuing again in IGI Airport, AIIMS, DND, Noida, Vasant Kunj and Dwarka. Rain has also caused a drop in temperature. Drizzle has made the weather of Delhi NCR pleasant. IMD has issued orange alert to Delhi, while yellow alert has been issued to Noida, Greater Noida, Faridabad and Gurugram. Meteorologists said people should read weather updates before leaving home and take necessary precautions.

India Meteorological Department said that the sky will be cloudy in Delhi on Saturday. Light to moderate thunderstorms along with drizzle are expected. Strong winds of 40 to 50 km/h may blow. Today the temperature is expected to be between 15 degrees to 24 degrees. The maximum temperature is likely to be two degrees above normal. But the minimum temperature will be three degrees above normal.

Signs of increase in air pollution.

Air pollution was in the poor category in Delhi on Friday. The Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) said that the PM 2.5 level in Anand Vihar area was 344 and the PM10 level was 347. The PM10 level at Indira Gandhi International (IGI) Airport (T3) was 219 and the PM2.5 level was 225, which is considered poor. The PM 2.5 level observed in Doorway Sector 8 was 338, which is very bad.

Signs of decrease in maximum temperature.

The minimum temperature in Delhi in the last 24 hours was 29.9, three degrees above normal, the India Meteorological Department said. The lowest temperature was 10.8 degrees Celsius, which was two degrees below normal. IMBD said that Delhi is expected to remain cloudy during the day till March 6. The weather will be clear on March 7. The temperature will not rise for the next few days. At IGI Airport (T3), PM10 level was 219 and PM 2.5 level was 225, both considered poor. The PM 2.5 level observed in Doorway Sector 8 was 338, which is very bad.
