Indian Navy INCET 2023 Recruitment: Apply for Chargeman & Tradesman Mate
Indian Navy INCET 2023 Recruitment: The Indian Navy has released a notification inviting online applications for the recruitment of Chargeman, Senior Draughtsman, and Tradesman Mate. A total of 910 vacancies are available across various Commands, and the selection will be through the Indian Naval Civilian Entrance Test (INCET) 2023. Eligible candidates can submit their applications on the official website of Join Indian Navy at www.joinindiannavy.gov.in. The application window is open from 18th December 2023 to 31st December 2023 for Chargeman and Tradesman Mate positions in the Indian Navy.

The application fee for SC/ST/PwD/Women candidates is Rs. 0, while all other candidates are required to pay Rs. 295. Payment can be made through Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.
Age Limit and Total Vacancies
Candidates’ age as of 31.12.2023 should be between 18 and 27 years for Senior Draughtsman and 18 to 25 years for all other posts. Details about the age relaxation are included in the official notice. The total number of vacancies for Chargeman, Senior Draughtsman, and Tradesman Mate is 910.
Indian Navy INCET Eligibility Criteria 2023
The eligibility criteria for the different positions are outlined as follows:
- Chargeman (Ammunition Workshop) and Chargeman (Factory):
- Bachelor of Science degree with Physics, Chemistry, or Mathematics from a recognized University or Institute.
- OR a Chemical Engineering Diploma from an accredited Board or University
- Senior Draughtsman (Electrical, Mechanical, Construction, Armament, Cartographic):
- Matriculation certificate or its equivalent from a board or institution that is recognized.
- A two-year Industrial Training Institute or other approved institution diploma or certificate in draftsmanship.
- Three years of experience in a drawing or design office in the relevant field.
- Tradesman Mate:
- 10th Standard pass from a recognized Board/Institution.
- a certification in the appropriate trade from an accredited Industrial Training Institute (ITI).
